The Sound Collective are a 9-piece Australian 70's Rock, Funk & Soul band from Geelong, Australia. The band formed in 2024 from a mix of members of The Bash Big Band and a  collection of Rock & Soul loving band compratriots who have all been playing gigs together for over 25 years.

Quite simply,  we can't get enough Joe Cocker, Stevie Wonder and a mix of Australia's rock legends.

The Sound Collective's unique brand of entertainment fuses big horn sounds and 5 part vocal harmonies with a high energy, profession stage presence and party performance that will make you want to dance, till you can dance no longer!

Now hailed as Geelong's newest, best, most funky big band by our loyal followers, The Sound Collective have been performing together in other bands and lineups for over 25 years and have years playing with Geelong's great bands at clubs, pubs and festivals across the region.
